Elite Off-Season Hockey Performance Program (12 Weeks)
Designed for AA,AAA, OHL and Junior-Level Players
This high-performance training program combines in-person coaching, online strength & conditioning, and individualized nutrition support to help serious hockey players build strength, speed, and resilience in the off-season.
Includes:
• 3 x In-Person Coaching Sessions with Tyler Touchette (2 hours each)
• 12-Week Online Training Program via our mobile app (video demos & detailed instructions)
• 2-Way Direct Chat with Coach
• 12-Week Personalized Nutrition Protocol by a Registered Nutritionist
• Supplement Guidance from
• 4 x InBody Body Composition Scans to track progress
• Optional FST (Fascial Stretch Therapy) sessions available for $85/session
